
Today is my first step on to the road to healthiness. The goal of this blog is to keep track of my new life, not just the amount of weight lost, but also the amount of exercise I do, as well as how healthy I'm eating. My goal is to not just lose weight, but also get into shape and be healthy. Losing weight does nothing for you if your muscles are sagging and you can't walk up a small hill without becoming winded. So, with that in mind, follow me (and my friend on her blog that I have posted the link for) on our journey to healthy living!
I hope you will enjoy hearing about our attempts at exercise (I think this will be easier for me than her at first, seeings how she's just had a baby lol), eating better (which will probably be easier for her than me at first, since she actually manages to cook full meals for her family of 5 - 1 of whom is breastfed - while I have a hard time pulling a box of noodles out of the fridge for my family of 4 - 3 of whom actually eat real food), and seeing the pounds (hopefully) melt off our bodies until we are the hot mommas we know we can be!!!
